A: Because we know Capri and the Gulf of Naples better than anyone else.  We’re locals and we are commited to giving you the very best the region has to offer.  Our licensed guides are people who care about your needs and our wonderful reviews on TripAdvisor and elsewhere are testament to this.  We love Capri and the Gulf region and we want you to love it too.

 

Q: Can we choose where we want to begin our tour?

A: Yes. We will collect you from anywhere, be it the train station, the cruise ship terminal, the airport or from your hotel

 

Q: How do we meet our guide?

A: When you book we’ll issue you with a ticket with clear instruction on meeting your host.  And, at busy areas such as the airport, the guide will display a sign card.

 

Q: What time do the tours start?

A: Aim to be ready for a full day tour at 8.00 am and for a half day tour in the morning at … or in the afternoon at …

 

Q: Must we have a minimum number of people on the tour?

A: No, but the trips are less expensive the more people we take.

 

Q: Are the meals free?

A: No, but we can guide you towards different styles of restaurants and pizzerias, all off the beaten track.

 

Q: Are the tours physically challenging?

A: This depends on the tour and varies considerably.  In any event, wear comfortable walking shoes for most tours.

 

Q: In bad weather, what happens?

A: All tours take place regardless of the weather and cannot be cancelled at short notice

 

Q: Are kids cheaper?

A: Yes, children under 3 are free and those between 4 and 10 years old get a 20% discount

 

Q: How long in advance should I book?

A: You can book at anytime provided there’s availability but tours fill up quickly so book well ahead if you can

 

Q: What’s needed to book?

A: You can reserve a place by emailing us and paying

1) the full amount using the PAYPAL link on our website, or

2) cash on the tour day.  Send us an email with your booking,  credit card number and expiry date solely as a guarantee.

 

 

Q: What’s your cancellation policy?

A: If you cancel by phone or email before 7 days of the tour, there’s no charge.  Within 7 days will mean you will be charged a “no show fee”
