HOW CAN I BOOK A TOUR?

Simply explore our website and choose the tour you want to book. Contact us by the concerning form and we will give you the instruction to reserve it paying the 20% of the charge as a deposit by PayPal

HOW DO I WILL RECEIVE MY BOOK CONFIRMATION AND VOUCHER?

Shortly you reserve a book we will send you the confirmation and the voucher as well as instructions about how and when to meet up with your guide for each tour.

HOW CLOSE THE DEPARTURE CAN I MAKE MY RESERVATION?

We require your reservation at least 72 hours in advance but if you have any problem or question contact us by WhatsApp or email us 12 hours before the tour starts.

WHAT DOES THE TOUR RESERVATION INCLUDE?

Every tour includes transportation according the itinerary, guides and entrance fee as indicated in individual tour descriptions. Check the relating page for more infos or contact us.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Travelers should always wear comfortable shoes and use sunscreens. don’t forget sunglasses! If a tour requires recommended clothing you will find all the informations in the relative page description.

WHERE DO I GO TO START MY TOUR?

In your booking confirmation you will find every kind of informations about where and when to start. It will also include instructions on what to do in very unlucky events.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

With very few exceptions, you can cancel a tour up to 7 days in advance of tour departure and receive a full refund. If you would like to cancel a tour, simply give us a call during regular business hours and we’ll be happy to assist you. Once you are within the 7 days tour departure windows, the tour becomes non-refundable. This because our operators have set aside space to accommodate your request and will often not able to fill that space with another customer so close to the departure.

ARE CHILDREN'S PRICES AVAILABLE?

Yes. Many of our tours offers children’s prices for children under the age of 8 years. Toddlers aged 2 and younger sitting on a parent’s lap (not occupying a seat) are not charged for most tours.

ARE THERE ANY AGE RESTRICTIONS?

There are no minimum ages for children as long they are accompanied by a parent or a guardian. Guests under the age of 18 years are not permitted to participate without a parent or a guardian.
